“ My lovely daughter brought me to this Typhoon cafe for Mother’s Day. The desserts definitely lived up to its name! I thought it would be mediocre dessert place despite its hype around it, but it definitely blew my expectations out of the water! The ambiance was amazing, the manager that served us, Sharon, was extremely friendly and helpful! Amazing customer service and great food! The other dishes were also very solid on top of the desserts! We left the restaurant absolutely satisfied! :) 10/10 would recommend! Would definitely come again! ”

The stir-fried vegetables (4 heavenly kings) were so delicious that I just finished the whole plate, including the garlic. It came with thick, savory broth filled with thin wheat vermicelli and plump oysters. I decided to top up fried pig's intestine for the complete experience. Black vinegar and chilli were served separately so you can adjust the taste to your liking. Shrimp Fried Rice with Crabmeat gravy - wok hei fluffy fried rice with natural sweetness of the shrimp and crabmeat. Great for those who like gravy rice. Szechuan Mala Tossed Knife cut noodle with Braised Beef (Dry) - don’t be deceived by the plain looking plate of noodles. This thick, chewy noodles paired so well with the beef sauce and Mala chili. Served with tender, braised beef and aromatic broth. Dessert was the Signature Soufflé Stackers. Each pancake was fluffy and had jiggly cloud-like texture, served with mixed berries, vanilla crumble and Honeycomb ice cream. We also ordered their Oolong milk tea with pearls and Red milk tea with pearls. It had a slight flora to dark roasted tea aftertaste which we all enjoyed. Not forgetting the great service from the staff! Thank you Sharon for your attentiveness and hospitality. ”

The greens were pretty good, but the highlight was the souffle pancake which was absolutely delectable! Melt-in-your-mouth perfection, not too sweet and warm to taste.
